CIRCLEVILLE - Three people are charged with illegal manufacture of drugs after deputies say they discovered an active methamphetamine lab while serving search warrants on state Route 56 East.

Alicia Farleigh, 21, and Cody C. Cline, 22, both of Circleville, along with Eric A. Coder, 26, of Laurelville, were arrested Thursday night at a home at 10470 St. Rt. 56 East by Detective John Strawser and Corporal Erick Eberhard, Pickaway County Sheriff's Office.

According to reports, the two deputies were working an active warrant on Farleigh from Circleville Municipal Court on a prior charge of failure to appear, and Clyne from Pickaway County Common Pleas Court on a prior charge of receiving stolen property when they discovered the operation.

Farleigh greeted them at the door, Strawser said, and when the deputies entered the garage to speak with the two male subjects, they located an actively cooking meth lab.

Members of the U.S. Route 23 Major Crimes Task Force also responded to the scene, along with the Pickaway Township Fire and Saltcreek Fire departments, he said.

The case remains under investigation by the Pickaway County Sheriff's Office.
