Arrest brings drug suspect count to 70

CIRCLEVILLE - The arrest of a drug suspect Tuesday leaves just two unaccounted for out of 72 indicted last month in connection with a drug ring in Circleville.

John P. Sutton, 60, is currently being held in the Pickaway County Jail on two counts of possession of cocaine.

Tuesday's arrest follows the apprehension of Erica Moretti, who was taken into custody at a relative's home Monday in Ashville. She is suspected as one of the ringleaders of the group, charged with engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, three counts of trafficking heroin, three counts of trafficking cocaine and as a fugitive from justice.

Moretti was announced as wanted by the U.S. Marshal Service over the weekend, along with Reuben Joyner, who has not yet been apprehended.

One additional suspect remains unaccounted for, but that name has not yet been released by authorities.
