- A caller reported a male subject was outside in the 300 block of Town Street screaming at a female and possibly assaulting her. The officer advised there was no domestic dispute, just an argument that got a little too loud. The scene checked OK.

- Mark McKitrick was arrested for disorderly conduct after employees at the Main Street Pub reported they were attempting to get him to leave the bar but he would not, and then he fell asleep in a booth.

- A resident in the 100 block of South Scioto Street reported an upstairs neighbor was blaring music again. The subject was advised to keep his music down.

- A resident came to the police station to report two suspicious males on East Union Street. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.

- Callers reported a strange odor in the area of South Washington and East Mill Street. Officers were unable to locate the source of the odor but confirmed it could be noticed throughout the south end of town.

- A 911 caller reported a male and female arguing as they walked northbound on South Court Street from Dunmore. Officers made contact with the caller, who advised a known subject was walking and intoxicated. Officers located the male in the 200 block of East Ohio Street, and he checked OK.

- The Ross County Sheriff's Office requested an officer make contact with a subject on Caroline Court regarding an investigation into the misuse of a credit card. Officers were unable to locate the subject, and a door hanger was left.

- An employee from Berger Hospital requested an officer stand-by in the 300 block of Pontious Lane for the arrival of a subject receiving a ride home via a PICCA transport. The scene checked OK.

- A caller reported some breakers were damaged at Sheffield at Sylvan overnight and would like extra patrol in the area for juveniles shutting off breaker boxes. A report was taken on criminal mischief.

- A subject came to the police station to report a resident in the area of Ohio and Clinton streets was harassing a work crew in the area. The officer would make contact with the resident about the situation.

- An officer was advised of a female in a pickup truck parked outside a residence in the 900 block of South Pickaway Street. The subject checked OK and was asked to move along.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 1000 block of Ridge Drive. The scene checked OK.

- The school resource officer requested a report for a student who brought a knife to school at Circleville High School. A report was taken.

- The Circleville Fire Department responded to a trash burning complaint in the 300 block of East Mill Street. The fire was illegal and unattended. It was extinguished.

- A 911 caller reported a little girl was at her home in the 100 block of South Pickaway Street and was not supposed to be there. The female left prior to the officer's arrival.

- A caller reported neighbors north of her father's property in the 400 block of North Scioto Street had a large water slide partially on his property and on the city sidewalk. The neighbors were advised to move the slide.

- An employee at the Pickaway County Courthouse reported a girl's bicycle was abandoned in the stairwell leading to the ladies' restroom at the courthouse. A report was taken on found property.

- Officers were flagged down for a report of three juveniles with weapons, possibly air soft guns, in the area of state Route 188 and Nicholas Drive. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.

- An anonymous caller reported two males went up to a house that was recently raided in the area of Corwin and Scioto streets, then started walking southbound. The subjects checked OK.

- A resident in the 200 block of Logan Street reported two known subjects were trying to get into their home. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

- The Circleville Fire Department advised they were en route to the 200 block of Parklawn Drive for a possible gas leak. The call was cleared.

- A resident in the 400 block of Cedar Heights Road reported receiving calls from the IRS saying she had not filed her taxes. No report was taken.

- A resident in the 300 block of Town Street reported he no longer wanted a female subject on his property. The female was advised.

- A Lancaster resident reported a vehicle backed into her vehicle at Discount Grocery on South Pickaway Street and then left the scene. A report was taken on a property damage hit-skip.

- James B. Roush, 50, was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation following a traffic stop in the 200 block of South Court Street. A report was taken on a warrant arrest and possession of drug abuse instruments.

- A caller reported a disturbance with known subjects in the 200 block of East Mill Street and requested information due to threats against him and his shop on Logan Elm Road. Information was obtained, and the caller was referred to the Pickaway County Sheriff's Office due to his location being in the county's jurisdiction.

- Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call from Ted Lewis Park. A female advised a male had suffered an ankle injury while playing basketball but was transported to Berger Hospital by private vehicle before officers arrived.

- A caller reported a vehicle driving recklessly near the city limits on Lancaster Pike. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

- A caller reported three young juvenile males riding bicycles and dragging a hose across South Court Street near the railroad tracks. Officers were unable to locate the juveniles.

- A 911 caller in the 500 block of East Main Street reported two known subjects threw a rock at his window, and when he went outside to speak to them, he fell out of his wheelchair and suffered an elbow injury. Officers advised there was no injury and no damage to the window.

- A resident in the 500 block of East Ohio Street reported a known male subject was near the playground and was not supposed to be there, and he was cursing at parents and causing a problem. The male was advised not to return to the property.

- The Fairfield County Sheriff's Office requested an officer make contact with a known subject in the area of Appleridge Apartments on Lancaster Pike. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

- A resident in the 1000 block of South Court Street reported a male had just assaulted his wife and son, then went back inside the residence. The caller declined medical attention, and a report was taken on disorderly conduct.

- Officers responded to calls advising of a fight between several subjects in the 300 block of Town Street. A report was taken on disorderly conduct.

- A resident in the 100 block of West Mound Street reported a refrigerated box truck parks outside taking up four or five parking spots and leaves it outside with the refrigerator unit running for days at a time. The owner was advised.

- A resident in the 500 block of South Scioto Street reported two males yelling at each other outside. A report was taken on a neighbor dispute.

- A resident in the 200 block of Pearl Avenue reported occupants of a vehicle kept driving down the road and yelling out the window. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.
