June 12

- A caller reported her fiance came home from the Ohio Market and stated there were two gunshots coming from the area of the trailer across from the store. Officers were unable to locate the source.

- A 911 caller reported a known male subject threatened to "bash his face in" in the parking lot at Kroger on Lancaster Pike. Officers determined no direct threats were made.

- A female subject was banned from the property of Kroger on Lancaster Pike after employees advised she shoplifted from the store. A summons was issued, and a report was taken on theft.

- Officers responded to a call from an elderly female who appeared to be confused and unsure where she was. Contact was made with healthcare workers who advised they would send an employee to stay with her.

- An employee from Carnival Foods called 911 to report the front door glass was broken at the Bamboo House on North Court Street. Officers discovered forced entry from the rear of the building as well. A report was taken on burglary.

- A resident in the 100 block of Cottage Hill Lane reported someone had been in her back yard overnight. Information was obtained.

- An employee at Sheffield at Sylvan reported someone dumped furniture in one of the dumpsters at the complex. The residents were located and advised to remove the items. No report was taken.

- An employee at Zanzi's Pizza on East Main Street reported someone broke into the business. A report was taken on burglary.

- An employee of Circleville Municipal Court reported a disorderly person in the probation area at the court. Officers determined the subject had gotten upset and loud, but the scene checked OK.

- Officers responded to reports of a vehicle that nearly caused a collision in the area of Gregg's Barber Shop on Lancaster Pike. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

- A 911 caller reported the theft of a tomato plant in the 1100 block of Atwater Avenue. A report was taken on theft.

- A resident in the 1000 block of South Washington Street reported a suspicious vehicle occupied by a female sitting in front of her home for several minutes. The officer advised the female ran out of gas and was heading to the gas station. The scene checked OK.

- A resident in the 100 block of Dunmore Road reported receipt of bad checks. A report was taken on fraud.

- A resident in the 100 block of North Pickaway Street reported some items were missing from their home. A report was taken on theft.

- A resident in the 300 block of East Main Street reported someone had broken into their home. A report was taken on burglary.

- Officers responded to a property damage accident on North Court at Morris Road. A report was taken.

- A resident in the 300 block of Town Street came to the police station to report a neighbor had been yelling profanity at his girlfriend. Information was obtained.

- Officers responded to a 911 hang-up call in the 100 block of Pinckney Street. The caller advised someone was knocking on her front door, but he left the scene. She advised she would call back if he returned.

- A caller reported vehicles parking in a vacant lot in the 100 block of West Water Street. The vehicle owners were asked to move, and the property owner was advised to place a "no parking" sign on the lot.

- A caller reported a male attempting to damage a stop sign in the intersection of Logan and Pickaway streets. The juvenile was turned over to his parents, and all parties were advised.

- A caller reported a male driving an ATV in the alley between High and Watt streetds with two young kids not wearing helmets. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

- A caller reported three suspicious juveniles on the lot at Chase Bank blocking the ATM. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.

- A resident in the 600 block of East Mound Street reported someone had sideswiped her vehicle. A report was taken on a property damage hit-skip.

- A caller reported a possible drunk driver on Kingston Pike, and the vehicle was then located at UDF on East Main Street. The driver checked OK.

- Officers responded to a property damage accident at Court and Main streets.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm at Dynahoe on East Main Street. The alarm company canceled the call.

- A resident in the 500 block of Maize Court reported children were knocking on her door and frightening her. Extra patrol was requested.

- A resident came to the police station to report an intoxicated male was sitting next to the propane tanks at Duke and Duchess on East Main Street. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm at Hardee's on West Main Street. The scene checked OK.

June 13

- A caller reported a male subject broke into her vehicle and stole money in the 1300 block of South Pickaway Street. A male subject was detained but released because the victim could not positively identify him as the suspect. A report was taken on theft.

- A caller reported a known male and female subject were riding bicycles near Norfolk Avenue and the female appeared to the under the influence of something. Officers located the subjects and requested a squad for a subject having abdominal pains. The subject was treated at the scene.

- Officers performed a well-being check on two juveniles in the 300 block of Town Street. The subjects checked OK.

- A resident in the 300 block of Town Street reported his ex-girlfriend's mother and grandmother were outside his home arguing and fighting with him. All subjects were advised it was a civil matter.

- A resident in the 1200 block of South Pickaway Street reported someone had rummaged through his vehicle and taken some property, but much of it was recovered from his neighbor's yard. A report was taken on theft.

- Officers responded twice to an activated alarm at Coughlin Automotive on U.S. Route 23. The alarm was determined to be accidental both times.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm at After Hours Family Health Care on North Court Street. It was an accidental activation.

- A resident in the 300 block of Eva Drive reported the theft of power tools. A report was taken on theft.

- Officers located Dustin Fausnaugh in the area of Clinton and East Ohio streets, and he was detained on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. The Pickaway County Sheriff's Office arrived to take custody.

- Officers responded to an accident on South Pickaway at East Ohio Street. Subjects were treated for injuries.

- A resident in the 300 block of Logan Street reported a known male subject was shouting at him and trying to get him to fight. Both parties were advised charges of disorderly conduct would be filed if there were any more disputes between them. A report was taken.

- A resident in the 500 block of East Union Street reported he located drug paraphernalia. A report was taken on found property.

- A resident in the 100 block of Pontious Lane reported juveniles were jumping her fence and crossing her yard. The officer advised new damage was detected on the fence. Information was obtained.

- Officers responded to reports of cable and phone lines knocked down by a passing truck in the 400 block of Abernathy Avenue. Frontier was contacted to fix the damage.

- A resident in the 100 block of South Pickaway Street reported a known male subject keeps coming to his residence and he is not welcome there. The caller advised he would call back if the male returned.

- A caller reported a known female was outside a residence in the 200 block of Huston Street intoxicated and yelling at the neighbors. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

- A caller reported seeing smoke in the area of the apartments near Lewis Avenue and North Pickaway Street. Officers advised locating a campfire in the area and some people cooking nearby. Nothing hazardous was found.

- A caller reported a suspicious vehicle headed southbound on Court Street with a male in the front seat and a female in the back. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 200 block of Sycamore Drive. The scene checked OK.

- A resident in the 400 block of Edwards Road reported he was being harassed by his ex. The subject was advised on how to handle the situation.

- Officers assisted the Pickaway County Sheriff's Office with a traffic stop at East Franklin and South Pickaway streets.

- A resident on Detroiter Avenue reported threats and harassment by a known male subject. Both parties were advised to have no further contact with each other.

June 14

- An officer located a male with injuries from an assault in the area of South Court and East Main streets. The male was transported to Berger Hospital, and a report was taken on assault.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 900 block of South Court Street. The scene checked OK.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm at Gametime Collectibles on East Franklin Street. The scene checked OK.

- A caller reported a disturbance in the 900 block of South Washington Street. A report was taken on a domestic dispute.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm at Watt Street Tavern. The scene checked OK.

- A resident in the 1000 block of North Court Street came to the police station to report a case of identity theft. A report was taken.

- A caller reported two male juveniles were riding bicycles on the roadway between Third Avenue and Town Street and were weaving in and out of traffic. Officers were unable to locate the juveniles.

- A caller reported a dog barking and howling at all times of day in the 1000 block of Sunshine Street. The dog's owner was advised of city ordinances.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm at the Pickaway County Prosecutor's office on South Scioto Street. The scene checked OK.

- Officers responded to an activated alarm in the 500 block of Victor Drive. The call was canceled by the alarm company.

- An Amanda resident reported her ex-husband chased her to her parents' house in the 400 block of East Main Street and was sitting out front with his girlfriend. A report was taken on a domestic dispute, and the male was advised to leave and not return.

- A resident in the 100 block of South Pickaway Street reported her granddaughter was cussing at her and being unruly. A report was taken on an unruly juvenile.

- A caller reported a neighbor playing very loud music in the 100 block of South Scioto Street. The subject was advised to turn the music down.

- An officer was flagged down on a report of a fight in the parking lot at Kroger on Lancaster Pike. Officers were unable to locate the subjects.

- A caller reported a window was broken out of the Brooks Yates school on South Pickaway Street. A report was taken on criminal damaging.

- A resident in the 100 block of Logan Street reported his daughter was bitten by a pit bull. A second caller reported a dog was running loose in the area and nearly bit her son. The dog warden was notified, and a report was taken on a dog bite.

- A caller reported a possible drunk driver coming into town on East Main Street from Kingston Pike. The subject advised they were just tired. The scene checked OK.

- A caller in the 500 block of Plaza Drive reported a person against whom she had a protection order had driven by her residence. Extra patrol was requested, and a report was taken on violation of a protection order.

- A caller reported a known male subject was possibly intoxicated and just walked into the Dollar General store on Lancaster Pike offering to sell her prescription drugs. The male was located at Duke and Duchess, and he checked OK.

- A caller reported an open burn in the area of Margaret Lane. The Circleville Fire Department investigated the scene, but nothing was found.

- A caller reported a 30-foot section of tree was down in the roadway on Woodland Drive. The service department was advised.

- A resident in the 400 block of South Pickaway Street reported someone keeps throwing something at her house. Officers were unable to locate any damage or anyone in the area.

- A caller reported an intoxicated male walking eastbound on East Franklin Street from Washington. Officers were unable to locate the subject.

- Officers performed a well-being check on juveniles in the 300 block of Town Street. The subjects checked OK.
